Every location automatically uses those settings, until you fill in custom settings for a location. Then those apply. So you set up ten locations in one go, and only give the locations that are genuinely different their own configuration.

How does pricing work beyond 5 locations?

Pro starts with 5 locations included and scales flexibly up to 70. You only pay for the locations you use and can scale up at any time. From 70 locations, we'll look at an Enterprise setup together.

We have multiple profiles per location. Is that possible?

Yes. You connect multiple Google profiles to one location, for example when you want to keep different brands or departments at the same address separate. Each profile keeps its own voice: the AI replies per profile in the right tone.

How do we keep our tone consistent across all locations?

You configure the AI at organization level and every location automatically uses those settings. If a location is different, you give it custom settings and those apply. The same voice everywhere by default, customization only where you choose.

What does Rep Shield do?

Rep Shield automatically detects suspicious reviews: copy-paste texts, accounts that have never been anywhere, competitors with a short fuse. You'll find them under their own filter and report them to Google with one click. That keeps your score an honest reflection.

What does onboarding look like?

Personal. We set up RepManager together, matched to your organization: locations, profiles, roles and KPI targets. We also configure the AI settings with you. After that, you can reach us by email and in meetings.

What's the difference with Lite?

Lite is for the owner who does everything themselves, with up to five locations and one user. Pro adds the management layer: KPI targets per location, location comparison, top complaints and compliments, multiple users with roles, Rep Shield and personal onboarding. If you work with a team or run multiple locations, Pro is the starting point.
