Sentiment

When does Auto Reply automatically respond to a review?

Absolutely. Repmanager works with a flexible monthly subscription, no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time, and your access keeps running until the end of the paid period. No automatic renewals without your approval, no hidden conditions.

Can I decide what automated replies say?

Yes. You can use AI-generated replies based on your own guidelines, or fixed reply templates. With templates, you can add multiple variations so your replies do not sound exactly the same every time.

Can I configure Auto Reply differently per location?

Yes. You add locations or users as your organization grows without having to take out your subscription again. You can switch from Lite to Pro or Pro to Enterprise at any time, and you only pay for what you use.

Are automated replies published immediately?
