When does Auto Reply automatically respond to a review?
That is up to you. You can set rules based on stars, sentiment, keywords, status, or location. For example, you can have positive reviews answered automatically and have negative reviews checked manually first.
Can I decide what automated replies say?
Yes. You can use AI-generated replies based on your own guidelines, or fixed reply templates. With templates, you can add multiple variations so your replies do not sound exactly the same every time.
Can I configure Auto Reply differently per location?
