In the Review Manager, you can view all incoming reviews on one central timeline. You can see at a glance what is being said, at what location, with what sentiment and what urgency. For companies with multiple branches, it is possible to filter reviews by location or location group. This way, you can see exactly which locations score well, and where adjustments need to be made. For each review, you can see which location, what the sentiment is, and whether it concerns a compliment, a question or a complaint. Reviews waiting for an answer are immediately noticeable. You don't have to look for what's urgent. That's already there.
From the same overview, you open the review, read the draft response that the AI has prepared, and send it immediately or modify it. No switching between tabs, no copying and pasting.
