Sentiment

The AI reads each review and sets the tone. Do you want to get rid of the negative reviews first on a busy Monday morning? One click. Trigger words like “disappointed” or “bad contact” are marked separately so they never disappear between compliments.

Not every review deserves the same response. A compliment can be done in two sentences. A complaint requires a personal response. A question wants a concrete answer. Filter by the category that matches the time you have.

Which reviews can I see in the Review Manager?

In the Review Manager, you can see all connected reviews in one central place, including Google Reviews and client reviews. For each review, you can see which location it belongs to, how many stars were given, the sentiment and whether the review has already been answered.

Can I filter reviews by location, status or urgency?

Yes. You can filter reviews by location, location group, status, sentiment, urgency and spam. This makes it easy to quickly view unanswered reviews, negative reviews or reviews from a specific location.

Can I reply to reviews directly from the Review Manager?

Yes. You can reply directly from the Review Manager. You can write a response yourself, generate an AI reply or edit an existing response before publishing it.
