Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Repmanager works with a flexible monthly subscription without long-term commitments. You cancel whenever you want and your access continues until the end of the paid period. If you choose a yearly plan, you pay per year in advance and get 2 months free. No automatic renewals without your permission, no hidden terms.
What's the difference between Free, Lite and Pro?
Free is free and gives you one connection, 25 AI replies per month and an instant notification for every new review. Lite (€39 per month, €32 with yearly billing) is for business owners with one to five Google profiles and adds unlimited AI replies, auto-reply and review invitations. Pro (€149 per month, €124 with yearly billing) is built for organisations with multiple locations: 5 connections included and expandable, with user roles, KPI targets and location comparison.
Can I scale up later as I grow?
Yes. You add locations or users as your chain grows, without having to sign up for a new subscription. You can switch from Lite to Pro or from Pro to Enterprise at any time, and you only pay for what you use.
What is included in the monthly fee?
With Free: 25 AI replies per month, one connection, viewing and replying to reviews and a dashboard with health score. With Lite: unlimited AI replies, auto-reply, review invitations and QR, five connections and email support. Pro adds KPI targets, location comparison, user roles, Rep Shield and personal onboarding. The Google, Kiyoh and Klantenvertellen integrations are included in every plan. No costs per review or per source.
