Dashboard

Steer your entire organization on reviews with the review analytics dashboard

The dashboard is the review analytics layer of Repmanager. One screen answers the question every multi-location organization struggles with: how are we actually doing, per location and as a whole? You see your organization's Reputation Score, your performance against your KPI goals, the sentiment in your reviews and a side-by-side comparison of all your locations. Not to handle reviews, but to steer.

Open the dashboard on Monday morning and within a minute you know which location needs attention, which complaint came up most this week and whether your response time is still within the agreed target.

Very disappointed with the service. The appointment was canceled and the staff seemed very disinterested.

What a shame to hear, Ben. We take our service level very seriously. Therefore, please contact our branch manager Mark Jansen on 020-123 456 so that we can come to an appropriate solution.

Dashboard

See at a glance where to take action

The organization dashboard shows you instantly what is going on: how many reviews are unanswered, how many are urgent, and one click takes you straight to handling them all. Below that, you choose the period and the level yourself: the entire organization, a location group or a single location. Every KPI is compared with the previous period and with the same period last year, so you see a trend instead of a snapshot. That makes the dashboard ideal for dealer groups, franchises and chains where a regional manager or the board keeps an eye on multiple locations at once.

One score per location

The Reputation Score combines stars, response behavior and sentiment across all connected review integrations into one comparable number from 0 to 100. So you compare locations fairly.

1

Steer on your own goals

Set goals for response rate, response time and rating per organization or per location. The dashboard shows per KPI whether you are on track.

Built for multi-location

From 5 to 70+ locations: the location table puts all your locations side by side, sortable on the numbers that matter to you.

Review analytics at every level: Reputation score, KPI goals, sentiment and complaint analysis. Per location group and per location.

With Repmanager's review analytics you see not only what customers say, but also what to do about it. One overview for the board, regional managers and location managers.

Review analytics: the numbers you steer on

The review analytics in the dashboard are built on six core metrics. Each metric shows your current status, the trend versus the previous period and the distance to your own goal. No more separate reports, everything sits in the same screen.

1

Reputation Score

One score from 0 to 100 that sums up your entire review performance. The score is built from five components: star score, response rate, sentiment, response speed and replied on time. You see how you score per component, so you know exactly where your score comes from. And you compare with the same period last year.

1

Average rating

Your star score over the selected period, measured against the goal you set yourself. Below target? You see it immediately. Per location you see which ones pull the average up and which ones drag it down.

1

Response rate

The share of reviews that received a reply. In automotive often a hard KPI set by the importer, in other sectors a direct signal to customers and Google. The dashboard shows your rate against your goal, for example 95 percent.

1

Average response time

How fast you respond on average after a review comes in. You set your own SLA, for example 24 hours, and the dashboard shows whether you are on track. Did your response time drop from three days to seventeen hours? Then that is right there, as a concrete result of your approach.

1

Sentiment

The ratio between positive and negative reviews in the selected period. Sentiment looks beyond stars: a four-star review can still contain a serious complaint, and it counts. So you see whether a dip in your score is an incident or a pattern, before it hits your average.

1

Review volume

The number of new reviews over time, plotted per day for the selected period and compared with the previous one. Volume is the context for all your other numbers: a 3.5 score on two reviews means something different than on two hundred. If volume drops at a location, you know it is time for review invitations.

Know what customers say most, without reading everything

The dashboard automatically groups all reviews by topic. You see the top complaints and top compliments of the selected period, including the trend: a red arrow pointing up at Price & value means that complaint is growing and you want to know why. Per topic you see exactly what it is about, from phone contact to hail damage repair. This is where review analytics makes the difference between answering reviews and using them. A recurring complaint about reachability is not a review problem, it is an operational problem. The dashboard makes it visible, so you can fix it.

Zoom in on every location

Every location has its own dashboard with the same structure as the organization overview: Reputation Score, KPIs against goals, sentiment and the top complaints and compliments of that specific location. A location manager only sees what is relevant to their location, a regional manager switches between locations with one click.

The location table at organization level lists all your locations, sortable by score, rating, response rate, response time or unanswered reviews. Sort on any of them and the location falling behind sits right at the top. Locations with few reviews get a limited data label, so a single review never distorts the picture.

KPI goals that fit your organization

You set goals at organization level for response rate, response time and rating. Every location automatically inherits those goals, unless you override them per location. Give a new location with a low score an achievable interim goal, and raise the bar for a top performer.

For dealer groups this connects directly to the importer's KPIs: response rate, speed and score are set as goals in the system, and the dashboard continuously shows whether every location is hitting them. No more quarterly surprises, but daily visibility on where you stand.

FAQs

Everything you need to know about Repmanager

Is your question not listed? Get in touch

What is review analytics?

Review analytics means analyzing all your reviews to extract steering information: how you score per location, how fast you respond, which sentiment dominates and which complaints and compliments keep coming back. In Repmanager you find all review analytics in the dashboard, at organization level and per location.

Can I view the dashboard per location and for the entire organization?

Yes. At the top of the dashboard you switch between the entire organization, a location group or one specific location. Every view has the same structure: Reputation Score, KPIs, sentiment and the top complaints and compliments at that level.

What is the Reputation Score?

The Reputation Score is one number from 0 to 100 that sums up your review performance. The score is built from five components: star score, response rate, sentiment, response speed and replied on time. In the dashboard you see the score per location and for the entire organization, including the breakdown per component.

Can I set my own KPI goals?

Yes. You set goals for response rate, response time SLA and rating. You can do this at organization level, after which every location inherits the goals, or per location with its own values. The dashboard shows per KPI whether you are on track or below target.

How are the top complaints and compliments determined?

The AI reads every review and automatically groups them by topic, such as staff and service, price and value or communication. The dashboard shows which topics come up most per period, including the trend versus the previous period. So you see instantly which complaint is growing and which compliment you are earning more often.Content
