Everything you need to know about Repmanager
How does the AI learn my company's tone of voice?
You write the prompt yourself, setting out how the AI should sound. You can do this per organization and per location. In the playground you test that prompt on a sample review and adjust it until the answer is right.
Can I still edit the generated response before it goes online?
Yes. The AI response generator delivers a draft. You read it, change whatever you want and only post it once you agree. Nothing goes online without your confirmation.
What is the difference between the AI response generator and Auto Reply?
The AI response generator suggests a response and you confirm it. Auto Reply posts responses automatically based on rules you set in advance, without any intervention. If you want control over every response, use the response generator.
Does Google penalize responses written with AI?
No. Google judges the content of a response, not where it came from. A relevant, specific response to a review counts either way, whether you type it yourself or have the AI suggest it.
