Won't those AI replies sound like a robot?
No. You train the AI once on your tone of voice and guidelines. Every reply responds to what the customer wrote and sounds the way you would say it. Not happy with it? Edit it, or generate a new version with one click.
Can I filter reviews by location, status or urgency?
Yes. You can filter reviews by location, location group, source, status, sentiment, urgency and spam, among other things. That way you can quickly see all unanswered reviews, negative reviews or the reviews of one specific location.
What's the difference with Free?
Free lets you experience the product: view reviews, reply manually and use 25 AI replies per month. Lite takes the handbrake off: unlimited AI replies, auto-reply, review invitations and more analytics. Free is seeing what the AI can do, Lite is letting the AI work for you.
What's the difference with Pro?
Lite is for the owner who does everything themselves: reviews come in, the AI replies, done. Pro is for organizations that manage reputation as a team.
