Won't those AI replies sound like a robot?
That's exactly what the training is for. You give the AI your tone of voice, your guidelines and the specifics of your business. The reply responds to what the customer wrote, not a template with a different name on top. And you can edit every reply before it goes out.
Do complaints get answered automatically too?
No, unless you want them to. You set the threshold, for example by stars or sentiment. Everything above it goes automatic, everything below is held back until you've looked at it yourself.
How long does setup take?
Connecting your Google Business Profile takes less than a minute, and your existing reviews load right in. You set up the AI through a simple form: no prompt writing, just answering questions about your business. Fully self-serve, no call or onboarding needed.
