Won't those AI replies sound like a robot?
Nee. Je traint de AI eenmalig op jouw tone of voice en richtlijnen. Elk antwoord gaat in op wat de klant schreef en klinkt zoals jij het zou zeggen. Niet tevreden? Dan pas je het aan of genereer je met één klik een nieuwe variant.
Do complaints get answered automatically too?
No, unless you want them to. You set the threshold, for example by stars or sentiment. Everything above it goes automatic, everything below is held back until you've looked at it yourself.
What's the difference with Free?
Free lets you experience the product: view reviews, reply manually, and use 25 AI replies per month. Lite takes the handbrake off: unlimited AI replies, auto-reply, review invitations and full analytics. Free is seeing what the AI can do, Lite is never having to think about it.
What's the difference with Pro?
Lite is for the owner who does everything themselves: reviews come in, the AI replies, done. Pro is for organizations that manage reputation as a team.
