Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. Repmanager works with a flexible monthly subscription, no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time, and your access keeps running until the end of the paid period. No automatic renewals without your approval, no hidden conditions.

What's the difference between the Lite and Pro packages?

Lite is built for single-location organizations that want to professionally manage reviews, including AI responses, auto-reply, and analytics. Pro is intended for multi-location companies and offers additional features such as user roles, Rep Shield spam detection, personal onboarding and meeting support. From 2+ locations, Pro is the place to be.

Can I scale up later as I grow?
